Kathryn L. Bowers, SPHR, is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions at all JMA locations. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and serves as the firm’s human resource manager. In these capacities, she is instrumental in developing and implementing firm-wide policies, administering the firm's benefit and compliance programs, and assisting staff members with their office and project needs.

Having joined the firm in 1978, Ms. Bowers is also conversant with the services and products of the firm and, in addition to her corporate and administrative responsibilities, frequently contributes to architectural and cultural resources projects in the areas of quality control and remote site coordination for archeological investigations.
