Charles Raith, Associate Director of Architecture and Historic Preservation, manages JMA’s Louisville office. He is a LEED® Accredited Professional and a registered architect in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Illinois, Missouri, Georgia, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and New Jersey. His thirty years of professional experience includes extensive public service in historic preservation as well as design and project management in the private sector for the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of structures. Key projects have included Cathedral Commons, Louisville, Kentucky; a campus heritage plan for the University of Cincinnati (Ohio); renovation of Van Meter Hall at Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, Kentucky, and the restoration of the Woodrow Wilson Family Home, Columbia, South Carolina.
