Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer


Thomas L. Struthers is a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He holds a master's degree in anthropology with an emphasis in cultural resources management. Mr. Struthers joined JMA in 1979 as an archeologist and assumed key technical and management roles in a wide range of cultural resources projects.

Since that time, his responsibilities within the firm have broadened and he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Struthers oversees JMA’s accounting department and works closely with Mr. Steenhusen and other members of the firm’s board of directors on the day-to-day management of JMA, particularly in the areas of finance, information technology, and contracting.
