William Chadwick received his doctorate in geology from the University of Delaware in 2000. Dr. Chadwick's principal area of concentration is geoarcheology, with emphases on geomorphology, geographic information systems (GIS), and ground-penetrating radar (GPR). His field experience ranges from the Mid-Atlantic to the Northeast. Key projects include an intertidal archeological survey at the New Bedford Harbor Superfund Site, Massachusetts; a GPR study at Valley Forge National Historical Park, Pennsylvania; and a GIS-based archeological sensitivity and architectural survey for the U.S. Route 113 North/South Study, Delaware. Dr. Chadwick joined JMA in 2001, and has over seven years of cultural resources management experience.
